Corrections Policy
How to flag an error and what happens after we confirm one.
Report it
Use the contact form and choose Correction. Include the page URL, the exact statement and the strongest source you have. A clear correction is more useful than a general objection.
What changes
Typos may be fixed without a note. A material factual correction receives a dated note describing what changed. If the evidence no longer supports the central claim, the page may be withdrawn while its audit record is preserved.
Predictions
The original prediction and timestamp are never edited into a better call. Clarifications, conflicts, status changes and outcomes are appended with their own dates.
